The way to buy is as simple as exploring our articles through the different links that the website offers. When you are interested in a product you add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button and you can continue browsing until you decide you already have the desired products. At any time you can delete or change any item that is selected in the shopping cart.

Once you have decided to buy simply return to the shopping cart and click on the button to confirm and pay the order. At this time you will see the request form for all billing information, shipping, shipping costs and also the user's registration data. All information will be treated in accordance to the Personal Data Protection Act. At the end you will see a summary of all the order details, its conditions and you will be asked to accept them if you agree.

Our way of communicating with our customers is through email. Therefore, registration is to open a free account in our system just with an email address and a password. This kind of payment is immediate, totally secure and verified by VISA. Use the most rigorous anti-fraud system, but it has the inconvenience that not all cards are accepted, and must be activated by your bank for this type of secure purchase transaction. Some banks activate all their cards for this type of operation, giving a security key to use at the time of payment, but in other banks it is required to activate card by card. All payments will be validated and accepted or not by your bank and if accepted will be sent to us automatically and immediately. Consult your bank if you do not know the security key. VISA / VISA Electron, MasterCard/Maestro and American Express cards are accepted.

Telematic payment is made through SERVIRED virtual POS provided through "La Caixa" which is a 100% secure payment platform where the information is transferred encrypted in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) mode. All payment information is managed by Servired and we simply receive confirmation that the transaction has been authorized. For your peace of mind, all credit card information is only known by the bank. You simply confirm to us that the payment was correct.

We will deliver almost everywhere in the world.

An order will only be delivered to one delivery address. If you need more than one delivery address you must process different orders and the shipping costs will be charged to you in each one.

The delivered products will come with their packaging.

The expected delivery time is the period during which the purchase should be delivered to any address. This time is calculated on the basis of the stock available in our warehouses, taking as a reference the preparation time of the order and also the time taken by the means of transport.

Vindemia will send timely communications by e-mail once the order has been paid for. And you will proceed to confirm delivery when the purchase is available for shipment (once the preparation process is complete). Vindemia is not responsible for delays caused by problems outside the store.

The shipping costs will appear in the purchase process and will depend on the selected destination.

Warranty

Vindemia guarantees the quality of the product in the terms legally established in each country of delivery of its products.

The customer must inform Vindemia of the lack of conformity within 24 hours of becoming aware of it.

This concept does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, hitting, use or improper manipulation.

In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, the substitution of the product will be applied, in the legally established terms following the rules of article 118 and following of the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. In case that a product arrives at the customer's door broken, damaged or in bad condition, Vindemia will take care of collecting it at home, without additional charges and will replace the defective product with the same product in good condition.

In order to make use of the guarantee, the CUSTOMER must contact Vindemia, who will indicate the steps to follow to make it effective.

Return a damaged, faulty or wrong product:

Vindemia will pay the costs of returning the product and shipping the new product. We will change the product immediately as soon as possible. If the product is no longer in stock due to production, it will be exchanged for another product of the same characteristics.

The way to proceed will be:

You must email us the reason for the return and send us photographs showing the damage or defect, if any.

We will contact you to agree on the procedure for collecting the product.

Once we have received the product Vindemia will check the damaged or defective product that is returned. If we do not consider the returned product to be defective, the cost of returning the package will be borne by the customer.

In the event that the product has arrived broken or has suffered any damage, the carriers give a period of 48 hours to claim. For this reason, it is absolutely essential that when you receive your goods check them and in case of finding any damage, you should inform us preferably in less than 48 hours of time. If you let us know after the first 48 hours after signing the delivery note, it will be very difficult that the transport company accept our complaint, although we will try to give you the best solution we can.

The customer may freely withdraw the contract of sale, without giving reasons, within one (1) calendar day from the date of receipt of the product. The date of the receipt certifying delivery of the product or delivery note shall be used for the purposes of calculating the period of one day (1) referred to above.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must indicate his willingness to return the product to the e-mail address shop@vindemia.wine indicating the e-mail used for the purchase and the order number in order to identify and speed up the process. Vindemia will reply to the customer specifying the precise instructions to carry out the return of the order. The customer must bear the direct cost of returning the product and must send it safely and with the necessary guarantees to ensure that the returned goods arrive in perfect condition.

Vindemia will refund the amount of the product, using the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase of the product within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the verification of the correct condition of the product sent by the customer to Vindemia.

Vindemia will only accept the return of the product when the use of the product has been limited to the mere verification of the product by the customer in accordance with current legislation.

Vindemia will not accept the return of any product that suffers deterioration attributed to the customer.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition, not damaged or soiled by the customer, and will be sent to the place indicated by Vindemia in the instructions sent to the customer. The packaging must also be fully and completely identified in order to identify the sender. If the goods are not sent in the conditions described in these terms, they will be depreciated and in any case the customer will have to pay for them.

There is no refund in the case of perishable products, without prejudice to this, Vindemia will provide the customer with an incident resolution channel.

There is no admitted return in the cases contemplated in Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.

Payments made via PayPal will be returned via Paypal.

In the event that we have to resend any product as exchange will be done by the method chosen by us.
